目的 监测参加国庆50周年庆典受阅部队的空、地勤灶餐具的消毒效果,确保官兵安全健康地完成受阅任务。方法 使用棉拭子涂抹各种餐具及炊事员手,生理盐水洗脱,加细菌快速检测纸片增养基,37℃增养。细菌总数≤500个/100cm~2,大肠菌群阴性/50cm~2为合格。结果 空勤灶第一次采样的合格率为51.8%,第二次为91.8%。地勤灶第一次采样的合格率为37.8%,第二次为88.1%。均有明显的改进。结论 卫生监督监测、卫生知识培训和强化各项卫生制度是做好饮食卫生工作的关键。
Objective To monitor the 50th anniversary celebration of the National Day by reading the troops empty, ground disinfection disinfection effect of tableware to ensure that officers and soldiers to complete the receiving task safe and sound. Methods Cotton swabs were applied to all kinds of tableware and cooks hands, elution of physiological saline, bacterial rapid detection paper supplemented medium, cultured at 37 ℃. The total number of bacteria ≤ 500 / 100cm ~ 2, coliform negative / 50cm ~ 2 as qualified. Results The first sampling of airborne stove qualified rate was 51.8%, the second 91.8%. The first sampling of ground handling stove pass rate was 37.8%, the second 88.1%. Significant improvements have been made. Conclusions Health supervision and monitoring, training of health knowledge and strengthening of various health systems are the keys to good diet and health work.
