这次年会经过一年多的酝酿,条件已经具备,现在和地基抗震学组的学术会议一起在宁波召开。地基抗震问题和我们整个工程建设密切相关,和抗震的各个专业都有关。地基能抗震,我们的大厦基础就稳固,也预示我们学术委员会新一届的抗震防灾分会建立在坚强的抗震基础上,将会有更加光辉灿烂的明天。下面我讲三个问题。
After more than one year’s brewing, the meeting has been completed and is now held in Ningbo together with the ground-based anti-seismic research team meeting. The earthquake-resistance problem of the foundation is closely related to our entire project construction, and it is related to various professional fields of earthquake resistance. The foundation can resist earthquakes, and our building foundation is stable. It also indicates that the new earthquake resistance branch of our academic committee will be built on a strong foundation for earthquake resistance and will have a brighter future. I will mention three questions below.
