目的:评价多层螺旋计算机断层扫描(CT)测量心周脂肪体积(PAT)与冠状动脉粥样硬化之间的相关性。方法:选择湖南省新田县人民医院2015年1月至2015年12月收治的42例冠心病患者作为观察组,同时选取健康正常人38例为对照组,分别采用多层螺旋CT对其进行检验,评估PAT与冠状动脉粥样硬化程度的相关性。结果:观察组PAT、心外膜脂肪组织(EAT)及胸壁下脂肪厚度(CWFT)均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),1支、2支及3支病变的观察组FAV、EAT及CWFT均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且FAV、EAT及CWFT与硬化程度明显相关性比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PAT与冠状动脉粥样硬化病变的发生相关。
PURPOSE: To evaluate the correlation between multi-slice computed tomography (CT) measurements of coronary heart volume (PAT) and coronary atherosclerosis. Methods: Forty-two patients with coronary heart disease admitted from January 2015 to December 2015 in Xintian County People’s Hospital of Hunan Province were selected as the observation group, and 38 healthy controls were selected as the control group, which were treated with multi-slice spiral CT Test, assess the relationship between PAT and coronary atherosclerosis. Results: The levels of PAT, epicardial adipose tissue (EAT) and subthoracic fat thickness (CWFT) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05), and the first, second and third lesions were observed The FAV, EAT and CWFT were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), and FAV, EAT and CWFT significantly correlated with the degree of sclerosis, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: PAT is associated with the occurrence of coronary atherosclerosis.
