目的研究对叶大戟Euphorbia sororia的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱分离纯化,通过理化常数和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从对叶大戟乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位中分离得到9个化合物,经理化常数和波谱数据分析,分别鉴定为紫云英苷(Ⅰ)、山奈酚3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(Ⅱ)、芸香苷(Ⅲ)、二十四亚甲基环阿尔廷醇(Ⅳ)、正二十七烷醇(Ⅴ)、正二十八烷醇(Ⅵ)、腺苷(Ⅶ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅷ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅸ)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分得。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Euphorbia sororia. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 columns. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical constants and spectral data. Results Nine compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate and n-butanol fractions of Ethanol extracts of E. davurica. The analysis was made using the managerial constants and spectral data and identified as astragalin (I) and kaempferol 3-O-, respectively. β-D-galactoside (II), Rutin (III), Twenty-four methylene cycloaltinol (IV), n-Heptacosalcohol (V), n-octacosycanol (VI) Adenosine (VII), β-sitosterol (VIII), and carotenoid (IX). Conclusion Compounds I, IV, V and VI were isolated from this plant for the first time.
