This article reports some changes in mouse fertilized eggs in vitro and after exposure to millimeter waves. The millimeter wave source is a 36.11 GHz solid state microwave continuous generator with a wavelength of 8 mm and a power density of 10 mW / cm ~ 2,8 mW / cm ~ 2,4 mW / cm ~ 2 and 2 mW / cm ~ 2. The results showed that 2-4mW / cm ~ 2mm irradiation can reduce the microvilli on the surface of fertilized egg cells cultured in vitro, shedding many vesicles on the cell surface. Transmission electron microscopy shows that the cell gap is enlarged, mitochondria in the cytoplasm are expanded and cavitated, and fluorescence on the cell surface is reduced by FITC-ConA assay. Enzymatic tests showed that the surface of the blastocyst after irradiation decreased AKP, ATPase, 5’-Nase. Radiation in vivo fertilized egg proves that radiation can slow fetal weight gain, reduce the number of blastocyst formation, implantation rate decreased, while the surface enzyme decreased significantly.
