目的测定不同产地雪菊中矿物质元素含量及其在水中的溶出率。方法采用湿法消解处理样品,火焰原子吸收法测定样品中Na、Mg、K、Ca、Fe、Mn、Zn和Cu元素,石墨炉原子吸收法测定Cr、Cd、Pb元素,原子荧光光谱法测定Se、Hg和As元素,并进行加标回收率和精密度实验。利用浸出液中各元素的含量与消解样中的含量,计算溶出率。结果样品中元素测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.02%~3.81%,加标回收率为84.9%~108.6%。3种雪菊样品中,K的含量最高,其次为Ca、Mg、Fe、Na、Cu、Zn、Mn,雪菊样品中还含有微量的重金属元素,其中产地乌鲁木齐雪菊中含有对人体有益的矿物质元素含量较高,重金属含量也较高。3种雪菊中K、Ca、Mg和Zn元素溶出率随着时间的增加逐渐下降,Fe、Na、Cu和Se元素溶出率随着时间的增加有先增高再降低的趋势,在40 min溶出率达到最高。结论 3种雪菊都含有丰富的对人体有益的矿物质元素,不同雪菊之间溶出率基本相同。
Objective To determine the content of mineral elements and its dissolution rate in water of Sophora japonica from different areas. Methods The samples were treated by digestion with wet method, Na, Mg, K, Ca, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Cr, Cd and Pb were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry Se, Hg and As, and the spiked recoveries and precision experiments. Dissolution rate was calculated using the content of each element in the leachate and the content in the digested sample. Results The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of the results of the elemental determination in the samples ranged from 0.02% to 3.81%. The recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 84.9% to 108.6%. Among the three kinds of snow chrysanthemum samples, the content of K is the highest, followed by Ca, Mg, Fe, Na, Cu, Zn and Mn. The samples of snow chrysanthemum also contain traces of heavy metal elements, High levels of mineral elements, heavy metal content is also higher. The dissolution rates of K, Ca, Mg and Zn in three species of Sophora japonica decreased gradually with the increase of time. The dissolution rates of Fe, Na, Cu and Se increased first and then decreased with the increase of time, The highest rate. Conclusion All three kinds of snow daisy are rich in mineral elements beneficial to the human body. The dissolution rates of different snow daisy are basically the same.
