报告了18例脑动静脉畸形病人X刀治疗后早期的病灶大小和血流动力学改变的临床研究结果。X刀治疗后早期即开始的定期TCD检查显示,在治疗后1个月即有供血动脉平均血流速降低的表现,在6个月时,供血动脉平均血流速减少10~30cm/s者占33%,而减少30cm/s以上者占50%。同时供血动脉的脉动指数在X刀治疗9个月后有显著升高,达0.65±0.21,提示供血动脉阻力增加,动-静脉压力差增大,而且CT扫描结果与TCD检查结果相一致.
