报告了18例脑动静脉畸形病人X刀治疗后早期的病灶大小和血流动力学改变的临床研究结果。X刀治疗后早期即开始的定期TCD检查显示，在治疗后1个月即有供血动脉平均血流速降低的表现，在6个月时，供血动脉平均血流速减少10～30cm／s者占33％，而减少30cm／s以上者占50％。同时供血动脉的脉动指数在X刀治疗9个月后有显著升高，达0．65±0．21，提示供血动脉阻力增加，动－静脉压力差增大，而且CT扫描结果与TCD检查结果相一致．
