目的研究血清鸢尾素(Irisin)浓度与颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)的相关性。方法连续入选于西京医院心内科住院患者193例。收集入选患者相关临床资料,采用ELISA方法检测空腹血清Irisin浓度,并根据患者双侧颈动脉超声检查结果将研究对象分为2组:IMT正常组和IMT增厚组(IMT正常组:IMT<0.8 mm;IMT增厚组:IMT≥0.8 mm)。运用多种统计学方法,分析血清Irisin浓度和IMT值的关系。结果 IMT增厚组患者血清Irisin浓度较IMT正常组患者显著降低,IMT值厚度随着血清Irisin浓度的降低逐渐升高,Pearson偏相关分析结果显示,IMT与血清Irisin浓度呈显著负相关(r=-0.505,P<0.01),多元逐步回归分析结果显示,血清Irisin水平、LDL-C、TG、WHR、BNP和FBG是IMT值的独立相关因素。结论血清Irisin浓度与颈动脉IMT呈负相关,血清Irisin水平是颈动脉IMT增加的独立相关因素。
Objective To study the relationship between serum irisin concentration and carotid artery intima - media thickness (IMT). Methods A total of 193 inpatients admitted to Xijing Hospital were enrolled in this study. The clinical data of the selected patients were collected. The fasting serum Irisin concentration was detected by ELISA. According to the results of bilateral carotid artery ultrasound, the subjects were divided into two groups: IMT normal group and IMT thickening group (IMT normal group: IMT <0.8 mm; IMT thickening group: IMT≥0.8 mm). Using a variety of statistical methods, the relationship between serum Irisin levels and IMT values was analyzed. Results Serum Irisin levels in patients with IMT thickening were significantly lower than those in patients with normal IMT, IMT thickness was gradually increased with the decrease of serum Irisin concentration. Pearson partial correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between IMT and serum Irisin concentration (r = -0.505, P <0.01). The results of multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that serum levels of Irisin, LDL-C, TG, WHR, BNP and FBG were independent relative factors of IMT. Conclusion Serum Irisin concentration is negatively correlated with carotid artery IMT. Serum Irisin level is an independent factor related to the increase of carotid artery IMT.
