Corrosion test of carbon steel by desulfurizing agent, lean liquid and rich liquid shows that the free H2S and CO2 in the lean solution are the main reasons for the corrosion of RFCC gas separation and desulfurization regeneration system. Corrosion can be controlled by dosing corrosion inhibitor. When corrosion inhibitor content in solvent is up to 0.002%, the corrosion rate of carbon steel can be controlled below 0.15mm / a
