目的:观察高血压引起左室肥厚与左室舒张功能的关系。方法:对正常对照组60例及高血压组100例应用超声心动图检测,分别测定左室内径(LAD)、舒张末左室内径(LVDd)、舒张期室间隔厚度及左室壁厚度(PWT),计算左室肌重、左室肌重指数(LVMl)。分别测定LVH组、NLVH组二尖瓣下血流E峰及A峰,并计算A/E比值,判定为左室舒张功能。结果:高血压组较正常对照组的LVST、PWT及LVMI均有不同程度的升高,100例高血压组病人中有51例LVH,占49.9%,其中34例二尖瓣下血流A/E>1判定为左室舒张功能减退,占70.8%;而NVLH50例,二尖瓣下血流A/E>1仅10例,占20.0%,差异有显著性(p<0.05)。结论:左室肥厚可使左室舒张功能减低。
Objective: To observe the relationship between left ventricular diastolic function and left ventricular hypertrophy induced by hypertension. Methods: 60 cases of normal control group and 100 cases of hypertensive group were detected by echocardiography. Left ventricular diameter (LAD), left ventricular end diastolic dimension (LVDd), diastolic ventricular septum thickness and left ventricular wall thickness (PWT ), Left ventricular muscle mass, left ventricular muscle mass index (LVMl). The mitral subflow peak E and peak A were measured in LVH group and NLVH group, respectively, and the A / E ratio was calculated to determine the left ventricular diastolic function. Results: The LVST, PWT and LVMI in hypertensive group were increased to some extent compared with the normal control group, 51 cases of LVH were found in 100 cases of hypertensive group, accounting for 49.9%. Among them, 34 cases had mitral inflow of A / E> 1 was found to be a decrease of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction, accounting for 70.8%; while in NVLH 50 cases, mitral inflow A / E> 1 was only 10 cases (20.0%), the difference was significant (p <0.05). Conclusion: Left ventricular hypertrophy can reduce left ventricular diastolic function.
