为了研究过氧化氢和重碳酸钠在不同时间和温度作用下对人牙釉质和牙本质的显微硬度的影响,作者将30只新拔除的完整人牙纵切、包埋、磨光和抛光后均分为5组:第1组和第2组牙均用30%过氧化氢处理,温度分别为31℃和50℃。第3组和第4组牙则均用30%过氧化氢加重碳酸钠糊剂处理,温度也分别为37℃和50℃。第5组为对照牙,该组用蒸馏水在相同温度下处理。测试时间为处理后5 min,15 min和30 min。采用小负荷硬度检测仪在牙处理前、后测试牙釉质和牙本质的Vicker显微硬度。
