自2009年8月被确定为创建省级创业型城市试点县以来,临邑县积极健全完善“组织领导、政策扶持、创业培训、创业服务和工作考核”五大体系,重点把握组织、政策、资金、培训、服务等关键环节,全力夯实创建基础工作,初步形成了“政策、培训、服务”三位一体的工作机制,创业带动就业工作取得了积极成效。截至目前,新增创业3720人,带动就业1.21万人,减免各项税费1371万元,创业初始成功率、创业企业存活率分别达到75%、80%。
