研究发现,在盐酸介质中痕量邻苯二胺能灵敏地阻抑Fe3+催化双氧水氧化甲基红的褪色反应。研究 了该反应的动力学参数,并探讨了反应机理,建立了一种测定环境水样中邻苯二胺的新方法。该法的测定范围 为 0.0~40.0 μg/L,检出限为 2.4 μg/L,用于环境水样中邻苯二胺的测定,获得了满意结果。
It was found that trace o-phenylenediamine in hydrochloric acid medium can sensitively inhibit the fading reaction of methyl red catalyzed by Fe3 +. The kinetic parameters of the reaction were studied, and the reaction mechanism was discussed. A new method for the determination of o-phenylenediamine in environmental water samples was established. The determination range of this method is 0.0 ~ 40.0 μg / L with the detection limit of 2.4 μg / L, which is used for the determination of o-phenylenediamine in environmental water samples. Satisfactory results were obtained.
