随着市场经济的迅猛发展、行业分工的不断细化,我国物流产业得到了长足发展,本文对我国物流法律法规现状多角度进行细致分析,提出积极应对,完善物流法规体系的构建思路。
With the rapid development of the market economy and continuous refinement of the division of labor, the logistics industry in our country has made great strides. This paper analyzes the status quo of the logistics laws and regulations in our country from multiple perspectives, and puts forward the thinking of building a logistics regulation system.
