病例报告患者,男性,26岁。自诉3年前左下前牙疼痛,在某院以急性根尖周炎行开髓,扩根管治疗1次,疼痛消失后患者未再复诊。两个月后又出现自发性疼痛及患牙伸长感,自己便用大头针或缝衣针顺其患牙根管反复通导,如此操作后疼痛明显减轻,每月数次,长达两年半之久。这次患牙疼痛2天,经上述处置无效而来我院就诊。
