目的了解哈尔滨市放射工作人员受照剂量水平,为加强和改善放射防护工作提供科学依据。方法按照GBZ 128-2002《职业性外照射个人监测规范》的要求对哈尔滨市放射工作人员进行个人剂量监测,并对监测结果进行汇总分析。结果 7年共监测人次为3 199人,集体剂量当量为1 039.978 mSv,人均年剂量当量为0.325mSv/a,其中医疗人员人均年剂量当量为0.336 mSv/a,工业人员人均年剂量当量为0.246 mSv/a。结论哈尔滨市放射工作人员外照射个人剂量处于较低水平,放射防护安全可靠。
Objective To understand the dose level of radiation workers in Harbin and provide a scientific basis for strengthening and improving the radiological protection. Methods According to the requirements of GBZ 128-2002 “Personal monitoring of occupational external radiation”, personal radiation dose monitoring was conducted for radiation workers in Harbin and the monitoring results were summarized and analyzed. Results A total of 3 199 people were monitored in 7 years. The collective dose equivalent was 1 039.978 mSv. The average annual equivalent dose per capita was 0.325 mSv / a. The average annual equivalent dose of medical personnel was 0.336 mSv / a, and the annual average equivalent dose of industrial workers was 0.246 mSv / a. Conclusion The radiation dose of radiation workers in Harbin is at a low level and radiation protection is safe and reliable.
