校本研修是教师成长的主渠道,建立校本研修制度是当务之急。对于教师来说,培训应该从一种外在的压力变成一种内驱力,因此,学校需要建立一种激发教师内在动力的校本研修机制,引领教师走自主发展之路。为切实推进校本研修工作,我校建立了“一个内容八个步骤”的校本研修机制,有效地引领教师提高了教育教学能力。
School-based training is the main channel for the growth of teachers. Establishing a school-based training system is a top priority. For teachers, training should become an internal driving force from an external pressure. Therefore, schools need to establish a school-based training mechanism that inspires teachers’ intrinsic motivation and guide teachers in their own development. In order to effectively promote school-based training, our school has set up a “school-based training program with eight steps in one content”, effectively leading teachers to improve their ability in education and teaching.
