在甘肃河西走廊中部、祁连山北麓的张掖市肃南县,散居着全国56个民族之一、甘肃独有的少数民族——裕固族。裕固族虽然人口较少,却是一个历史悠久的古老民族。早在公元一世纪时,裕固族的先民就曾在河西走廊活动过,公元六、七世纪,裕固族的前身回纥族大批迁入河西走廊,游牧于甘、凉一带。裕固族人民以畜牧业为主,其风俗独特而多姿多彩。
In the central part of Gansu Hexi Corridor, Sunan County, Zhangye City, in the northern foot of the Qilian Mountains, is home to one of the 56 ethnic groups in the country, Yugur, a minority ethnic minority in Gansu. Although the Yugu people have a small population, they are an ancient people with a long history. As early as the first century AD, the ancestors of the Yugur people had been active in the Hexi corridor. In the sixth and seventh centuries AD, a large number of Hui ethnic herdsmen, the predecessor of the Yugur people, moved into the Hexi Corridor and nomad lived in the Gan and the Liang areas. Yugur people mainly livestock husbandry, its unique and colorful customs.
