目的探讨经阴道行卵巢良性肿瘤切除术的临床效果和安全性。方法对68例要求保留子宫的卵巢良性肿瘤患者实施经阴道穹隆行卵巢肿瘤切除术。对患者手术时间、出血量、手术并发症、住院时间、手术效果等进行分析并行统计学处理。结果所有患者均成功完成手术,平均手术时间(39±11)min,平均出血量(60±10)ml,切除肿瘤直径4～12 cm,无一例膀胱或直肠损伤发生。结论与传统开腹手术和腹腔镜手术相比,经阴道行卵巢良性肿瘤切除术具有创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短、无腹部疤痕、医疗费用低等优点。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of transvaginal ovarian benign tumor resection. Methods 68 cases of ovarian benign tumors requiring uterus were treated by transvaginal dome ovarian tumor resection. The patient’s operation time, blood loss, surgical complications, hospitalization time, surgical results were analyzed statistically. Results All the patients underwent surgery successfully. The average operation time was (39 ± 11) min and the mean amount of bleeding was (60 ± 10) ml. The diameter of the tumor was 4 ~ 12 cm. No bladder or rectal injury occurred. Conclusion Compared with traditional laparotomy and laparoscopic surgery, transvaginal ovarian benign tumor resection has the advantages of small trauma, fast recovery, short hospital stay, no abdominal scar and low medical cost.
