采用体内、体外实验方法研究了硒化合物(硒多糖、亚硒酸钠)和亚砷酸钠对大鼠肝线粒体丙酮酸脱氢酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性以及对肝线粒体膜脂质过氧化、还原型谷胱甘肽含量的影响,探讨了其作用机理。结果表明:硒化合物可明显拮抗亚砷酸钠对线粒体丙酮酸脱氢酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶活性的抑制作用,且硒多糖的抑制作用较亚硒酸钠强。这种拮抗作用在防治砷中毒方面具有重要意义。
The effects of selenium compounds (selenium polysaccharide, sodium selenite) and sodium arsenite on the activities of pyruvate dehydrogenase, succinate dehydrogenase, glutathione peroxidase Activity as well as on the liver mitochondrial membrane lipid peroxidation, reduced glutathione content, explore its mechanism of action. The results showed that selenium compounds could obviously antagonize the inhibitory effect of sodium arsenite on mitochondrial pyruvate dehydrogenase and succinate dehydrogenase activity, and the inhibitory effect of selenium polysaccharide was stronger than that of sodium selenite. This antagonism plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of arsenicosis.
