机夹式刀具是近年来刀具制造工艺上的一项重大革新。由于它不用焊接,保证了硬质合金的强度,因而增加了吃刀量,提高了工效,延长了使用寿命,并可以大量节约刀杆钢材的耗费。八月六日我指挥部组织机修系统部分同志学习了在大安召开的“三省先进刀具表演现场会”的经验以后,总机修厂广大职工立即行动起来,在八月九日第一批机夹式刀具试制成功,开始投入了试验。截止八月二十五日,全厂各车间已搞成了73把机
