信息化时代的到来,社会上任何行业、任何方面对于信息的获取和处理能力要求越来越高,作为培养人才和进行学术研究的主要地方高校,对于信息化的要求丝毫不亚于其他的事业型单位。人事档案的处理是人员庞大的高校十分重要的工作,人事档案的信息化建设也越来越迫切。本文从高校人事档案信息化建设的主要内容,以及在建设过程中出现的问题进行论述,并且提出了对于现状和问题的解决办法,以期对于人事档案信息化建设做出一定的贡献。
