截至1994年底,我国共批准向境外投资的企业4642家投资总额为52.4亿美元。其中多数是贸易性的企业,为2878,投资额为34.8亿美元,占全部中方对外投资的三分之二。就企业规模来说,除少数大企业外,绝大多数是中小企业。就从事的行业来说,主要集中于进出口贸易、资源开发、制造业、服务业和金融业。 这些企业投资的地域很广,遍布130多个国家和地区,主要集中于亚太地区,以香港、美、加、澳、日、泰国居多,还有一些欧洲国家。
As of the end of 1994, a total of 4,642 companies that had approved foreign investment in China had a total investment of 5.24 billion U.S. dollars. Most of them are trade-oriented companies, which are 2878, with an investment of 3.48 billion U.S. dollars, accounting for two-thirds of all Chinese foreign investment. As far as the size of the company is concerned, with the exception of a few large companies, the vast majority are SMEs. As far as the industry is concerned, it mainly focuses on import and export trade, resource development, manufacturing, service and finance. These companies invest in a wide area, covering more than 130 countries and regions, mainly in the Asia-Pacific region, with Hong Kong, the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, Thailand, and many European countries.
