蓄能器应用在我厂制造的许多机械的液压系统中,如:清洗机、高压泵、流变仪、等静压机等等。由于用途各异,因此除购买市场上供应的气囊式蓄能器配套外,我厂还曾研制过一种新颖的,工作压力为210公斤力/厘米~2的活塞式蓄能器(图1) 1.原理这种蓄能器采用活塞式的隔离器将液压与气压源隔开,利用气体的可压缩性,储存液压能量,吸收系统中泵源的压力脉动和缓和机械停车引起的压力撞击。因此对隔离器的密封性,提出较高的要求,必须能严格防止蓄能器气腔中的高压气体进入液压腔,因为如果气体从隔离器活塞部分进入液压腔后,则会使液压系统成为可压缩的弹性系统,容易在温度下降
