信息技术直接关系到新常态经济的成败。12月5日,2014年中国信息产业经济年会在京召开,工业和信息化部副部长杨学山在主题报告中指出了新常态下我国信息产业面临的机遇与挑战,发展动力和路径。在以转型升级为基调的产业结构调整中,向第三产业转型和现有产业的升级都离不开信息技术,信息技术直接关系到新常态经济的成败。杨学山副部长表示,2014年中国电子信息产业保持两位数的高速增长,1-10月份期间,我国电子信息制造业总规模超过8.32亿,增长率10.1%,电子信息软件业规模2.98万亿,增长率20.1%,相当于2001年全部电子信息产业的总规模。

Vice Minister Yang Xueshan said that in 2014 China’s electronic information industry maintained double-digit growth. During the period from January to October, the total size of China’s electronic information industry exceeded 832 million with a growth rate of 10.1% and the scale of electronic information software industry was 2.98 trillion yuan, The growth rate of 20.1%, equivalent to 2001, the total size of the electronic information industry.
