以Si、Mn和Y等共14种合金元素含量为输入参数,以腐蚀速率为输出参数,构建了计算机预测模型,并对预测能力进行了试验验证,同时预测分析了14种合金元素对Mg-3%Al-1%Zn镁合金耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,合金化对镁合金汽车轮毂耐蚀性影响的计算机预测模型具有较高的预测精度,适量添加Si、Mn、Sn、Pb、Cd、Y、La和RE,有利于提高Mg-3%Al-1%Zn镁合金汽车轮毂的耐蚀性,Ag和Ca的添加会在一定程度上降低合金的耐蚀性;而Ni、Fe、Cu和Co的添加则急剧恶化合金的耐蚀性。
A total of 14 kinds of alloying elements such as Si, Mn and Y were used as input parameters, and the corrosion rate was taken as the output parameter to build a computer prediction model.
