军队干休所卫生所是离休干部健康的一线服务保障机构,在老干部家庭与体系医院之间起着承上启下的作用,但在实际医疗保障中遇到了卫生资源配置不均衡等问题。现就如何整合卫生资源问题探讨如下。1卫生资源配置存在的问题(1)干休所卫生资源使用率不高。一是干休所医务人员主要负责老干部的日常医疗保健,大多忙于购药、发药、巡诊、陪诊、报销医疗费用等日常事务,真正的医疗技术操作开展较少;
