第一条 为了规范农作物种子调运证的审批和管理行为,根据《内蒙古自治区农作物种子条例》的有关规定,制定本办法。
Article 1 These Procedures are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Crop Seed Regulations of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region” in order to regulate the approval and management of crop seed transfer certificates.
