简要描述了近年来完成的多个反应堆的堆内构件流致振动试验研究工作,以及按照美国核管会导则R.G.1.20的要求对结构进行的流致振动综合评价。内容包括秦山核电厂二期反应堆堆内构件流致振动综合评价、ACP1000堆内构件模型流致振动试验研究、华龙一号的流致振动评价计划,也介绍了流致振动分析工作的进展等。在完成这些研究工作的基础上,总结反应堆结构流致振动经验,探讨流致振动综合评价问题,最后对国内流致振动未来的研究工作进行展望。
A brief description of the flow-induced vibration testing of in-reactor components of several reactors completed in recent years and a comprehensive evaluation of flow-induced vibration of the structure as required by the NRC guideline R.G.1.20 are presented. The contents include the flow induced vibration of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant Phase II reactor, the flow induced vibration test of ACP1000 in-reactor model, the flow-induced vibration evaluation plan of Hualong-1, and the progress of flow induced vibration analysis. Based on the completion of these researches, the paper summarizes the flow-induced vibration experience of reactor structure, discusses the problem of flow-induced vibration comprehensive evaluation, and finally forecasts the future research of flow-induced vibration in China.
