国家经贸委近日提供的材料称,目前,全国各地进行试点的2473户企业中已有2000家按照《公司法》进行了改制,占81.5％。 建立现代企业制度的重要进展首先体现在规范化的公司制改造上。据统计,520家国家重点企业中,中央管理的94家国有企业,已有38家进行了股份制改造,占40％;地方管理的420家国有企业,已改制385家,占74％。520户重点企业中,有257家企业上市或部分上市。
According to the materials provided by the State Economic and Trade Commission recently, 2,000 of the 2473 enterprises piloted throughout the country have been restructured in accordance with the Company Law, accounting for 81.5% of the total. The important progress of establishing a modern enterprise system is firstly reflected in the standardization of the reform of the company system. According to statistics, of the 520 key state-owned enterprises under the central management, 38 of the 94 state-owned enterprises centrally administered have undergone a shareholding system reform, accounting for 40%; and 420 state-owned enterprises under local management have restructured 385, accounting for 74%. Of the 520 key enterprises, 257 are listed or partially listed.
