1988年以来我们对本港70例老年高血压病患者的临床资料结合文献进行分析如下。临床资料本组男49例,女21例,年龄60～80岁。诊断标准:“老年人血压≥160/95mmHg(21/11kpa),舒张压以第5音为准。本文收缩压≥200mmHg占64％;舒张压≥105mmHg占27％;舒张压≤95mmHg占16％。临床表现为头痛、头晕、头胀、失眠、耳鸣占总例数66％,平时无症状经体检或其他疾病检查时发现有高血压者为34％。
