天津市大港区是党的十一届三中全会之后于1979年11月6日经国务院批准建立的新区。在这块占祖国领土面积万分之一的土地上,辛勤的大港人以勇于开拓拼搏的精神风貌和对美好未来的执著追求,硬是在一片寸草不生的盐碱地上,建起了一个初具规模的石油和石油化工基地,并日益成为未来天津市乃至全国新的经济增长点。今年是大港建区15周年。我们为此专门前往大港进行了采访,请看——
Dagang District, Tianjin City, is the new district approved by the State Council on November 6, 1979 after the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Party Central Committee. On this piece of land, which occupies one ten-thousandth of the territory of the motherland, hard-working people in Dagang built a spirit of daring to open up their hard work and persistent pursuit of a bright future on a piece of saline grass land, Oil and petrochemical bases, and increasingly become the future of Tianjin and the country’s new economic growth point.
