基础教育课程改革在中国轰轰烈烈地展开,课程改革的成功与否,在很大程度上与教师对课程改革的态度有很密切的关系。本文就笔者在教学过程中自己传统观念受到的挑战作回顾,认识到新课程所产生的新的教育理念的变革,会和教师的传统固有思维模式和行为习惯发生矛盾,故在新的课程改革下,我们必须认真学习现代教育理论,提高自身理论素质,要不断地反省、更新自己的教育观念,实现教师的角色的转变,并努力提高自己的业务能力和水平,增强课程改革意识,要在行动上支持课程改革,在教学中研究课程改革。
The reform of basic education curriculum has been vigorously carried out in China. The success of curriculum reform is closely related to the attitude of teachers to curriculum reform to a large extent. This paper reviews the author’s challenges to his traditional concepts in the teaching process and realizes that the change of the new educational concept produced by the new curriculum will be contradicted with the teachers’ traditional inherent mode of thinking and behavior. Therefore, in the new curriculum reform Under the circumstances, we must conscientiously study the theory of modern education and improve our own theoretical quality. We must constantly reflect on and update our own educational concepts so as to realize the transformation of teachers’ roles, strive to improve our professional ability and level and enhance the awareness of curriculum reform. To support curriculum reform in action and to study curriculum reform in teaching.
