近些年来,我国的金融市场发展景气,金融行业发展水平在不断提高,与我国经济水平的不断提高存在着直接性的联系。金融企业的发展,必须具备金融业务的相关许可证才可运行,旨在社会经济的发展提供重要的金融服务,以实现社会经济的全面发展。金融行业的发展,对人力资源管理的要求很高,强化人力资源管理体系建设,是金融企业发展的必然要求。为此,本文就金融企业人力资源管理措施进行了分析与探究。
In recent years, the booming financial market in our country and the continuous development of the financial industry have a direct relationship with the continuous improvement of our economic level. The development of financial enterprises must have the relevant permit of financial business before they can run, aiming to provide important financial services for the development of social economy so as to realize the all-round social and economic development. The development of the financial industry has high requirements on human resources management. Strengthening the construction of human resources management system is an inevitable requirement for the development of financial enterprises. Therefore, this article analyzes and probes into the human resources management measures in financial enterprises.
