企业效益的好坏一方面取决于收入的多少,另一方面则取决于成本的高低,在建筑工程项目中,往往采取的是一次性投标,项目总收入基本上是稳定不变的,在这种情况下,尽最大限度的节约工程成本是增加效益唯一的出路。而我国目前在建筑工程领域的成本控制能力并不高,成为制约企业增效的一大阻碍,本文试图从过程管理的角度,浅析建筑工程项目的成本控制,以期为建筑企业寻找良好的成本控制方法,提高企业效益。
