一、关于校长队伍建设在我国教育改革发展中的重要作用《教育规划纲要》全面提出了我国未来教育事业改革发展的新要求,是我国教育发展的新的里程碑。《教育规划纲要》提出了对于改革发展的任务,这也就必然提出了校长队伍建设的问题。
I. Important Role of Principal’s Staff Building in the Educational Reform and Development of Our Country The Outline of Educational Plan comprehensively sets forth the new requirements for the reform and development of our country’s education in the future and is a new milestone in the educational development in our country. The “Education Plan” put forward the task of reform and development, which inevitably raised the issue of the construction of contingent of principals.
