明年,中国足球甲A十年之后将进入中超。不可否认,甲A收尾阶段不论是对足协,还是赞助商、俱乐部、球员均是关键时期,裁判也必然成为焦点之一。提到裁判,早先人们会想到“黑衣法官”,近些年更多的却是“黑哨”。从某种意义上讲,这两个各走一个极端的词汇均承认了一个事实:裁判是比赛场上的绝对权威。然而,正是这种要么崇高化,要么妖魔化的表述,以致让人们更多地关注着场上作为特殊群体的裁判们,而忽视了场下作为普通职业者的裁判们。最近,笔者先后采访了几位裁判做了一番了解。

However, it is this highly exaggerated or demonized expression that has led to more attention paid to the referee as a special group in the field, while ignoring the off-field referee as a general practitioner. Recently, I interviewed several referees did some understanding.
