口腔溃汤为临床常见病,笔者自1994年以来,采用思密达外用治疗本病98例,取得了较满意的效果。 治疗方法 用0.9％生理盐水反复清洁口腔后,将思密达用水调成糊状,直接涂于患处,每日3—4次,最好临睡前涂1次,用药后30分钟内勿进食饮水。 治疗效果 本组经治疗全部痊愈,临床症状完全消失,溃疡面愈合。其中2日内痊愈者23例,3—4日痊愈者57例,5—7日痊愈者18例。随访1年未有复发者。
