韩国金融危机之后,金大中政府便开始执行IMF的结构调整政策,力图通过经济整体结构改革和贸易、资本自由化与科技立国战略的实施,摆脱过去长期形成的官办经济的积习和弊端,重新迸发出新的活力与竞争力,以达到“第二建国”的目标,这为我国提供了一些有益的启示。
After the financial crisis in South Korea, the Kim Dae-jung government started to implement the structural adjustment policy of the IMF and sought to get rid of the accumulated and malpractices of the government-run economy formed in the past through the structural reform and trade of the whole economy, the liberalization of capital and the implementation of the strategy of building the nation by science and technology. New vitality and competitiveness in order to achieve the goal of “building a second nation”, which has provided some useful enlightenments for our country.
