概述了用Fe78Si9B13非晶带材制备C型铁芯的方法,通过电子显微镜、软磁交流测量仪、电感测试仪等研究了非晶C型铁芯切割面微观组织结构与损耗和电感的关系。结果表明:酸液腐蚀可恢复铁芯切口部分非晶带材片层间绝缘,进而降低铁芯损耗值,且频率越高效果越明显,电感量在此过程中上升;酸液腐蚀C型铁芯切割面是恢复片层间绝缘、降低C型铁芯损耗值的有效途径之一。
The method of preparing C-type iron core with Fe78Si9B13 amorphous ribbon was summarized. The relationship between the microstructure and the loss and inductance of amorphous C-type core cutting surface was studied by means of electron microscope, soft magnetic AC meter and inductance tester. The results show that the corrosion of acid solution can restore the interlayer insulation of the amorphous strip at the cut of the core and reduce the core loss, and the higher the frequency is, the more obvious the effect is, and the inductance rises in the process. The core cut surface is one of the effective ways to restore the interlayer insulation and reduce the loss of C-type core.
