刮片弹簧处于转子机心脏部位,是转子机的关键部件之一。由于它是在500~600℃的高温燃气中工作,同时还由于温度波动和交变机械应力的长时间作用,因此对刮片弹簧提出较高的技术要求:高的弹性极限,高温下松弛迟缓,疲劳强度大,缺口敏感性小,对燃气耐蚀,耐磨性及工艺性良好。为达到这些高温下的综合性能,必须解决采用什么材料、怎样加工和热处理等问题。从前,TZ2120A型转子机试用过pH、65WV、A286钢等多种材料的刮片弹簧,台架试验最高寿命都未超过80小时,即因松弛而失效。突破刮片弹簧耐久性指标
