党的十八届三中全会提出了《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》(以下简称《三中决定》)为我国市场经济和社会发展提供了重要的指导路线和方针。通过一段时间对十八届三中全会精神的学习和体会,感到《三中决定》中有很多地方也直接和间接与我国评估行业发展密切相关。认真关注并努力开发和挖掘,其将能为资产评估行业提供新的发展机会。当然也必然会给资产评估行业带来一些新的挑战。
The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and Central Committee on Several Important Issues concerning the Overall Deepening of Reform” (hereinafter referred to as the “Third Decision”), which has provided important guiding lines and guidelines for China’s market economy and social development. After a period of studying and understanding the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, many places in the “Third Plenary Decision” felt that they were also directly and indirectly related to the development of China’s assessment industry. Careful attention and efforts to develop and exploit will provide new opportunities for the asset valuation industry. Of course, it will inevitably bring some new challenges to the asset valuation industry.
