对不同倍性苎麻酯酶同工酶及过氧化物酶同工酶进行了初步研究,发现酯酶同工酶酶带少,活性弱、倍性之间差异很小。而过氧化物酶同工酶酶带多、活性强、倍性之间差异大,其中Rf=0.027和Rf=0.082两条酶带为多倍体所特有,可作为其特征酶带。另外,还对不同倍性苎麻的光合作用特性也进行了初步研究,发现不同倍性之间净光合强度、蒸腾强度、气孔阻力、叶温均有很大差异。多倍体光合强度大、单倍体最低、二倍体居中;蒸腾强度以二倍体最大、三倍体次之,四倍体、单倍体较小;气孔阻力以单倍体最大,多倍体较小,二倍体居中。
