在现代经营管理中,建筑企业的茁壮成长必须依靠内部控制体系来规范和管理,它是确保建筑企业资金完整、信息披露及时可靠及提高管理效率的必要途径,因此研究建筑企业内部控制体系的构建具有十分重要的现实意义。本文笔者结合多年工作经验,首先阐述了建筑企业内部控制的主要内容,然后针对建筑企业如何构建内部控制体系提出了几点建议。
