民俗食品是我国食品产业与地区民俗文化有效结合的产物,对振兴我国食品产业具有积极推动作用。从我国民俗食品开发意义、研发基础、发展现状出发,提出采用类似旅游食品、绿色原生态食品和保健食品的开发模式,并以此为基础对建设民俗食品法律保障体系进行探讨,为促进民俗食品合理快速的发展提供理论基础。
Folk food is the product of the effective combination of China’s food industry and local folk culture and has a positive role in promoting the food industry in China. Based on the significance of our country’s folk food development, research basis and current situation of development, we put forward the development mode of similar traveling food, green original food and health food. Based on this, we discuss the construction of legal food security system for folk food, Reasonable and rapid development to provide the theoretical basis.
