我科自1996年1月至1998年1月,使用口服凝血酶治疗上消化道出血43例,其中男34例,女9例,年龄24～71岁。急性胃粘膜病变15例,消化性溃疡11例,应激性溃疡10例,肝硬化食管、胃底静脉曲张破裂6例,胃粘膜脱垂症1例。治疗方法应用凝血酶1000u,加生理盐水200ml口服或经鼻胃管注入,每6小时1次,连用3日,同时酌情输血输液,对症治疗,不用其他止血药。43例中有效38例,无效6例,食管胃底静脉曲张破裂4例,十二指肠溃疡2例。
Our department from January 1996 to January 1998, the use of oral thrombin in the treatment of 43 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, 34 males and 9 females, aged 24 to 71 years. 15 cases of acute gastric mucosal lesions, 11 cases of peptic ulcer, 10 cases of stress ulcer, cirrhosis of the esophagus, gastric varices in 6 cases, gastric mucosal prolapse in 1 case. Treatment methods Thrombin 1000u, plus saline 200ml oral or nasogastric tube injection, once every 6 hours, once every 3 days, at the same time, as appropriate, blood transfusions, symptomatic treatment, no other hemostatic agents. Of the 43 cases, 38 were effective, 6 were ineffective, 4 were esophageal and gastric varices, and 2 were duodenal ulcers.
