图书馆是人类社会发展的重要标志,它是随着社会的产生、发展而出现的,从一方面体现了社会的文明程度。图书馆工作最基本的性质是提供服务,在今后若干年中,它仍将围绕着服务这个轴心来运转。图书馆以正常、迅速、有效地满足读者对图书资料的各种要求为神圣的使命。这就要求我们明白服务型图书馆的概念及特征,了解传统图书馆存在的问题,改变图书馆服务理念,服务模式及服务手段,进而构建服务型图书馆。
Library is an important symbol of the development of human society, it is with the emergence and development of society emerged, on the one hand reflects the degree of social civilization.
