针对药厂废水特性,利用对硝基酚在苛性碱存在条件下,生成黄色硝基酚负离子化合物的显色反应,测定了药厂废水中对硝基酚的含量。探索了反应的最佳显色条件,以及废水中可能存在的有机及无机物质的干扰情况,为药厂废水中对硝基酚含量的测定提供了方便快速、灵敏度高、重现性好的检测方法。
According to the characteristics of pharmaceutical wastewater, the color reaction of p-nitrophenol in the presence of caustic alkali to generate yellow nitrophenol anion was studied.
