目的：观察山莨菪碱（654-Ⅱ）合用非那根治疗眩晕症的临床疗效。方法351例病人随机分成2组，治疗组176例，使用山莨菪碱注射液10-20mg/d，非那根注射液25-50mg/d，肌注，疗程3天；对照组175例，使用盐酸倍他司汀注射液500ml/d，静脉滴注，疗程3天。观察两组的总有效率。结果治疗组总有效率91.5%（161例），对照组总有效率78.9%（137例）。结论山莨菪碱合用非那根治疗眩晕症有明显效果（P＜0.05），优于倍他司汀。“,”object To compare the effect between Anisodamine cambinded with phenergan and Betahistine in treating vertige . Methods 351 Patients of vertige were ennel ed in the this study and were divided two groups, the freapeutic gneup(176 patients) were treated with Anisodamine(10-20mg/d) and Phenergan(25-50mg/d) intramuscular..injection for 3days. While control groups(175 Patients) were treated with Betahistine infravenuccs injection for 3 days The general effectic rate of the two were observed and conpared. Result. The general effectic rate was 91.5%(161). in ehe therapeetic group and 78.9%(137) in the control group and there was signifient difference between the two group (P<0.05). Conclusion The Anisodamine combined with phenergan had better curative effect than Betahistine injection in treatment of vertigc.
