为了解电焊烟尘对工人肺高峰呼气流量(PEF)的影响,对某造船厂60名电焊工和63名对照工人的PEF进行了测定。结果显示,接触组班后PEF较班前有明显减退,差异有非常显著性;用PEF急性改变评价指标接触组和对照组两组进行比较,差别有非常显著性;接触电焊尘工龄≥20年的工人出现PEF下降,与对照组工人相比差别有非常显著意义。结果提示,工人接触电焊尘数小时后,能引起PEF下降,长期接触电焊尘工龄≥20年可引起PEF不可恢复性减退。
To understand the effect of welding dust on peak lung expiratory flow (PEF), PEFs were measured for 60 welders and 63 control workers at a shipyard. The results showed that after the exposure group PEF significantly decreased compared with the previous class, the difference was significant; with PEF acute changes in evaluation indicators contact group and control group two groups, the difference was very significant; contact welding dust longer than 20 years Of the workers appeared PEF decline, compared with the control group workers have very significant significance. The results suggest that workers exposed to welding dust for several hours, can cause PEF decline, long-term exposure to welding dust longer than 20 years can cause PEF non-recoverable decline.
